These Terms of Service apply to digital services provided by CHIKO. By approving a proposal or paying an invoice, the client accepts the agreed project scope and these terms.
1. Services and quotations
CHIKO provides web design and development, custom programming, graphic design, image editing and video editing. Prices are provided on request and confirmed in writing before work begins. Each quotation describes the agreed scope, deliverables, timing and payment terms.
2. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate instructions, required content and timely feedback. The client confirms that they have the right to use all text, images, video, trademarks and other material supplied to CHIKO.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the individual quotation or invoice. Work may begin after an agreed deposit or full payment. Additional work outside the confirmed scope requires approval and may be quoted separately.
4. Revisions and approval
Revision rounds, where applicable, are defined in the quotation. A project is considered approved when the client confirms approval in writing or uses the final deliverables publicly.
5. Digital delivery
Services and deliverables are supplied digitally by email, download link, file transfer or account access. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the usage rights described in the quotation. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins and other licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms.
7. Limitation of liability
CHIKO will perform the agreed services with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. CHIKO is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform changes or issues caused by client-supplied materials.
